52 Experiences in 52 Weeks

Good evening!

 

There are only a few more weeks left in 2012 and Boom! we are in 2013. I was thinking the other night about what I want to do in 2013: goals, plans and things to blog about. When it comes to blogging, I am not focused on one or two things (hence the name: Running.Food.Baby.) – but rather bits and pieces of things. I would fail as a food blogger as some of my meals are just plain wrong and I don’t think anyone wants to read about that. Running comes and goes, and Max is Max – I document him when I want to, not every day (especially as he grows older).

So for 2013 – my blogging and life goal will be to try and do 52 new things over the course of the year. This has been done before – but I am not really in the more extreme 52 week stuff that was done before like colonics and butt waxing (ew!). So before you go all “hey Rebecca, why don’t you go to a Justin Bieber concert” crazy – there are some categories!

FOOD

FAMILY THINGS

LIFE EXPERIENCES

I would like to alternate through all of these, so that one week is Food, the next is Family, etc. Basically every month I do one item on the list.

So…

I need help!

I do have some ideas of what to put on the list – but I need some more creative items!  There are some ground rules: 

1) It has to be affordable – I’m not rich, and I could be out of work in February – so $$ can be an issue

2) I will not do anything illegal

3) I cannot do much involving my job

4) Anything involving heavy duty training is out – meaning that I will not do a marathon!
